trust · executable promises

the promise is only as true as the live system.

This page names what the portfolio does, what its host necessarily receives, how claims are sourced, and where to report a failure.

promise one

private, always.

No browser analytics, advertising, fingerprinting, session replay, prompt logging, or visitor profile is built here. Fonts and media are first-party. Lens state stays in the URL only when you choose it. Contact opens your mail app.

promise two

open to everyone.

Every public route is prerendered and useful without JavaScript. Keyboard access, semantic structure, screen-reader names, 44×44 targets, text reflow, Reduced Motion, forced colors, and measured contrast are release gates.

provider boundary

the server still sees a request.

AWS Amplify, CloudFront, S3, DNS, and certificate infrastructure necessarily receive ordinary delivery metadata such as IP address, user agent, requested path, timing, and response facts. This portfolio does not add a client analytics script or build a profile from those requests. Provider logs may exist under AWS’s operational policies; the site does not claim the server sees nothing.

The optional Compass currently resolves checked-in public answers in your browser. Your question is not sent to Nolan Knowledge, MCP, or a model service. Microphone input is disabled.

claim provenance

exact roles, exact relationships.

owned products

AirBridge Health, undertext, and Holy Instant are owned products attributed to uxuiai.org.

consultancy

ux-ui.ai is the separate service business. Owned products are not represented as consultancy clients.

employment

Apple and Truist records name employment context and limit the claim to Matthew’s public contribution.

verification

Every case has a last-verified date, canonical source, proof link, and correction path.

accessibility proof

measured, not inferred.

The release runner checks Chromium and WebKit at 320, 375, 440, 768, 1024, and 1440 CSS pixels in light and dark. It separately checks 320px at 200% text, Reduced Motion, forced colors, JavaScript disabled, keyboard completion, minimum targets, horizontal overflow, and rendered text contrast.

If any route, claim, or control breaks that contract, email an accessibility barrier. If evidence is wrong, email a public record correction.
